WHO MAY QUALIFY
Understanding the next step, together.
You don’t have to navigate these questions alone. Contact our care team to discuss your family’s individual circumstances.
Hospice eligibility is determined through the appropriate clinical evaluation and physician certification. Conditions may include advanced cancer, end-stage heart or lung disease, advanced dementia, end-stage kidney or liver disease, neurological diseases, and other serious illnesses with declining health.
Every person’s situation is unique. Our team can help you understand whether hospice care may be appropriate.
Our Story
Serenity Hospice & Palliative Care was born from a deeply personal journey and a lifelong dedication to caring for others.
With 23 years in nursing, including over 11 years in hospice care, I’ve learned that exceptional care goes beyond medicine. It’s about listening, understanding, and being there when families need it most.
My own family’s experience during my father’s hospice journey, along with the loss of my mother, shaped my understanding of how deeply families need support during life’s most difficult moments.
I founded Serenity with one purpose: to provide the level of care I would want for my own loved ones, while honoring my mother’s memory through the care we give to others.
Because hospice is more than a service. It’s a responsibility and a privilege.
With love and purpose,
Lynda
